Shanaya Beach Resort & Spa Phuket, Patong

I had a mixed experience at this resort. The beachside location was amazing, and the room was spacious with a nice balcony. However, the service was lacking, as staff were not attentive to our needs, and the overall professionalism was below expectations. The pool was great for a quick swim, but the attention to cleanliness and upkeep in the rooms and towels left much to be desired.
